COVID-19 Clinic Update
As of Wednesday the 21st of December, the Tasmania government has introduced mandatory mask-wearing in all indoor locations to help keep our communities safe. We kindly ask that you follow the below when visiting our clinic:
- All staff, clients, and visitors must wear a mask when entering our clinic and for the duration of the time spent in the clinic. We ask you to provide your own mask if possible.
- As always, The Government requirement is that everyone visiting the clinic checks in using the Check-in Tas app, no matter how short the visit, using the QR posters provided on entry to the clinic.
- Please ensure that you sanitise your hands when entering and leaving the building using the sanitising stations provided.
- Social distancing restrictions require that only one client be permitted in the consulting rooms at any time with their pet, along with the vet. Our waiting room will also have a density limit of 1 person at any time, and this shall be on display on entry.
If you are feeling unwell at all, please contact the clinic to either reschedule your appointment or if you are unable to reschedule, we will collect your pet from the car and call you from the consulting room. If you have any questions regarding our Covid 19 policies, don't hesitate to contact our team.
