Dr Kalinda King graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Veterinary Biology/ Veterinary Science in 2016. Since graduating Kalinda has worked around Tasmania in city and country veterinary clinics. Kalinda is excited to begin working at our clinic. She enjoys both working in clinic with small animals and also getting out and seeing large animals on farm.
Outside of work, Kalinda enjoys bushwalking, camping, fishing, and spending time with her kelpies Ruby and Jock.
Lilly graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2005. With a passion for all things country she moved to Tasmania and started work in a mixed animal practice. She joined Spreyton Vets in 2007, owning the practice for 8 years and currently working part time as Lead Vet.
Lilly is married to a Tasmanian farmer, and they have two beautiful boys Harrison and Oscar.
Anita began her Veterinary nursing career with us as a Trainee Vet Nurse and in 2019 became our Practice Manager. She is currently completing her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with AIRC. She has been surrounded by a wide variety of animals all her life. Her main interest being horses. Anita has a passion for endurance riding, competing Australia wide. Her other interests include running, bushwalking and enjoying the great outdoors.
Rachael graduated from Box Hill Institute in 2013. She has been nursing for 6 years. The love of her life is her Australian Shepherd, Checkers, while she also has a passion for her horses.
Rachael grew up on her grandparents' property so has lots of experience with all farm animals, big and small.
Mia is currently completing her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with AIRC. She has been nursing for 3 years. Mia lives with her parents farm surrunded by sheep, goats, chickens, two dogs, two cats and many beef cows. Outside work, Mia loves camping and bushwalking.
Melissa was born in Derby in England and has been in Tasmania for just over 8 years. She loves all animals and wildlife, especially her cat Zach and her chickens.
